Tough Outside, Luxurious Inside

Get the look and feel that’s just your style, with your pick of work‑grade vinyl seats, 100% leather seating or real‑wood accents. Luxury and space go hand in hand, which is why the Ram 3500 also features up to 43.3 inches (1,100 mm) of rear legroom.

Outstanding Towing Capacity

Tow up to 18,210 lb (8,260 kg) with the 6.4L HEMI® V8 engine, or get Best-in-Class available diesel towing of up to 37,100 lb (16,828 kg) when equipped with the 6.7L Cummins® High-Output Turbo Diesel engine. Plus, hitching a trailer is easy with the available Class-Exclusive Auto-Level Rear Air Suspension with bed-lowering mode.

Strong Frame, Advanced Suspension

The 1500 Classic features the Class-Exclusive multilink rear suspension design.
The Ram 3500 high‑strength steel frame on the Ram 3500 allows for a diesel payload of up to 6,910 lb (3,134 kg) and gas payload of up to 7,680 lb (3,484 kg). You’ll also find a superior rear suspension on dual rear‑wheel models, thanks to the addition of auxiliary leaf springs with higher spring rates.

Automatic Air Intake Adjustment

Activated by monitoring capabilities in the engine controller, this Class-Exclusive system automatically responds to changing temperature and driving conditions and adjusts air intake accordingly. In extreme heat or high altitudes, it draws cooler air from the front of the vehicle, while in wet conditions, it pulls air from an under-hood inlet.
