Available Positions
Senior Sales Consultant/Desking Manager, this position would include:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the sales team
- Assist with desking deals and structure financing/leasing options to maximize customer satisfaction
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training to Sales Advisors
- Monitor and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Assist in inventory management and lot presentation
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and F&I team to ensure a seamless process for every customer
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain CRM accuracy and follow-up processes to improve closing ratios
Qualifications we would be looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management or desk manager role
- Proven track record of high performance in both sales volume and customer satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, desking, and F&I processes
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication abilities
- Valid OMVIC license and a clean driving record
