We purchased a used 2008 Ram 2500 (without actually seeing it in person) based on the company's ad and on the salespeople comments. When we arrived to pick it up, the truck was as they had advertised and described, the salesperson was friendly, courteous, helpful and thorough in working through this purchase. We live 6 hours travel one way from this dealership, so obviously it is not the dealership we would normally return to for service. Regardless, we were very impressed and would not hesitate to deal with this company again.
